Sarah Spletzer & movementum
Born in Germany, Sarah Spletzer spent her 20s as an art and dance therapy student and a museum tour guide in the Netherlands.
She moved to Vermont in 2014 and is the mother of two very active and creative children.
With her business, movementum, she develops creative retreats for companies, non-profits, and individuals, and teaches art classes in schools as well as for homeschooled students.
Sarah likes to facilitate spaces in which creating meets healing. She strives to not only teach new skills, but to create a space in which participants can learn something new about themselves.
She deeply enjoyed being the wordsmith and creator of make a list, her very first book.
When she’s not teaching or writing lists, Sarah can be found playing with her two sons, dancing, making collages, taking walks, gardening, eating cake, or hanging out with her housemates and various dogs and cats in a refurbished farmhouse in Northern Vermont.
